Your website stays yours. Your site, domain, hosting and logins remain yours. We use our own login, which you can remove at any time, and we agree the price before any paid work.
Prices are in US dollars (USD). French VAT is not charged on business-to-business services supplied to clients outside the EU (article 259-1 of the French Tax Code). If any US sales tax applies to your purchase, depending on the service and your location, we'll tell you before you pay. Plans are billed monthly (or yearly) and can be canceled any time, with no lock-in contract. Support is by email. Yearly plans are paid upfront and the price is fixed for the year. Member prices apply from your second paid month (straight away with yearly billing), while your plan is active. See the terms.

Who's behind Sundrell Web Care?
Sundrell Web Care is a small independent business based in France, working remotely with US businesses by email. There's no call center and no outsourcing: whoever checks your site is the person who does the work and reports back to you. Every change starts with a backup and ends with a check. Is the free check safe for my website?
Yes. It loads your public pages the way a visitor's browser does and follows the links on your home page. It doesn't log in, fill in forms, test for weaknesses or change anything.
Do you need my passwords?
Not for the check. For repairs, we ask you to create a separate login for us, which you can remove when the work is done. Please never send us your own password.
I already have a web person. Can you still help?
Yes. You can send them the report, or we can work alongside them. We only do what you approve.
What if you break something?
We take a full backup before any change and check the site afterwards. If something isn't right, we restore the backup.
Will this get me to the top of Google?
No one can honestly promise that. Fixing these problems removes things that hold your site back and turn customers away, but rankings depend on many things outside a website.
How do I pay?
For a Quick fix or Tune-up, you usually see the result on a private copy first, then pay by card or bank transfer, and the fixes go live. A few fixes, like security certificates and server settings, can only be done on the live site, after payment. Rescue jobs start with a 50% deposit once you've accepted the written quote. Monthly care is paid by card and you can cancel any time.
Do I need to talk to you before paying?
Yes, always. After the free check, you ask for a fixed price and we reply within one business day to confirm what's included and get access to your site. Nothing is charged before you've agreed to the price.
My website isn't WordPress. Can you help?
The check works on any website. Most of our repairs are on WordPress sites. For other builders, such as Wix or Squarespace, we'll tell you upfront what we can and can't change.
